These terms cover use of theaiservice.com and purchases made on it from TheAiService LLC.
Services
Projects started online are delivered as described on the pricing page at the time you start them. Larger work is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Payment and refunds
Every project is pay as you go, in US dollars: agent work is metered by the token at the rates published on the pricing page, and anything a person does is quoted as a task in your portal and starts only when you approve it. There is no upfront fee, no minimum and no subscription; you can stop at any time and owe only for work already done. Metered usage is billed monthly; disputed charges are reviewed by a person and refunded when we got it wrong.
Ownership
On full payment you own the deliverables we create for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any that are part of your deliverables.
AI output
AI systems can produce errors. We design for review and testing, and you remain responsible for decisions made using system output.
AI agents on this site
Replies, drafts and reminders you receive from this site may be produced by AI agents acting for TheAiService LLC. Only a proposal or agreement confirmed by a person, or a purchase completed on the pricing page, commits either of us; an agent's reply is not an offer. Prices are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. The site is provided as is.
